Wiley|Wilson, a 100-percent employee-owned firm, is the 2017 runner-up in the ESOP Association’s Annual Award for Communication Excellence (AACE). The company received this honor for its Ownership Retreat, an annual event that brings together all employee-owners to learn more about Wiley|Wilson’s Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) and to grow its ownership culture.

“We are pleased that the ESOP Association selected our annual event for this important honor,” said Fred Armstrong, PE, Chairman and CEO. “We held our first Ownership Retreat in 2012 and it has grown every year in both popularity and importance for our employee-owners.”

This is the fourth AACE recognition the company has earned from the ESOP Association. The company won AACE awards in 2013, 2014, and 2015. The AACE Awards are sponsored by the ESOP Association in recognition of its members’ outstanding communications programs.
