Wiley|Wilson is ranked number 76 in Consulting-Specifying Engineer’s 2022 listing of the top 100 mechanical, electrical, plumbing (MEP), and fire protection engineering firms in North America. Released annually, the 2022 MEP Giants ranks the industry’s top firms based on total MEP design revenue.

The 2022 MEP Giants list provides a snapshot of the overall strength of the industry and offers insight into expected construction over the next year. This year the MEP Giants reported $11 billion in MEP engineering design revenue, an 18 percent increase over 2021. The vast majority of projects are located in the US and cover a range of building types, from health care facilities to industrial warehouses to public works facilities. While many firm’s revenues increased, we all continue to adjust from the pandemic. Nearly one quarter of all MEP firms indicated Covid was still their largest challenge.

“The pandemic definitely changed how we operate, but it didn’t change our focus, which remains on delivering for our customers,” Tyler added. “With new infrastructure investments just recently confirmed by Congress, we’re eager to improve upon 2022 and continue our growth.”
