R. Christopher Garner  PE

Chris thrives on huge challenges as demonstrated by his strong leadership on some or our clients’ largest projects.  His extensive experience includes delivery on design-build projects with construction values in the $1 billion range.  Chris is a shining example of the important difference between a leader of people and a manager of things.  He is a true leader of people.

In his spare time, Chris enjoys sport shooting and honing his talents as a Big Green Egg smoking expert.  He loves football with his favorite teams being Randolph-Macon Yellow Jackets (where he played a few years back) and the Miami Dolphins.
