Connie is the company’s go-to resource for all things HR, and she’s a nationally recognized expert on the employee-ownership model — expertise that comes in handy whenever employee-owners have questions about our ESOP. She currently sits on the Board of Directors for the National ESOP Association, volunteers for the local (Mid-Atlantic) chapter of the ESOP Association, and has received the Chapter President of the Year award. Connie brings more than 20 years of professional, hands-on knowledge to her role and ensures that employee-owners have up-to-date information about the company’s benefits, policies, and procedures. She is committed to continuously boosting and cultivating the company’s unique ownership culture with every interaction.

In her spare time, Connie loves spending time with her three grandchildren, camping with friends and family, and traveling when time allows.
