Dennis effectively embraces the chance to lead in any area. A civil engineer by training, he is currently the Board Chairman and leads the company’s headquarters in Lynchburg. Dennis’s steady and thoughtful approach strongly conveys a contagious “we can do this” mindset to both our clients and our employee-owners.

In his spare time, Dennis enjoys traveling with his wife to spend time with family, including their two adult daughters. He and his wife also enjoy visiting national parks across the country in a quest to see them all. He also enjoys gardening, hiking, and other outdoor activities.
