Victor K. Angell  PE, SE

Victor’s knowledge of and connections within the federal government arena have been significant factors in the company’s recent growth and success. From “early lead” to “contract award,” Victor steers the marketing and business development efforts in what has become the largest portion of the company’s expanding portfolio. He is actively involved in the American Council of Engineering Companies (ACEC) organization, serving as Chairman for the ACEC-Virginia Board of Directors for the 2024-2025 fiscal year.

In his spare time, Victor loves to travel, hike the many trails in Virginia, take on small handyman projects, and spend time with his children and grandchildren.
