Air Force/Navy Dormitory

Wiley|Wilson was integral in the design-build development of Air Force/Navy Dormitory. This new $37 million dormitory facility houses 600 personnel in two-person dwelling units. The barracks feature additional living spaces, a computer learning center, day room, multipurpose room, fitness room, laundry area and storage space.

Wiley|Wilson provided full architectural and engineering services as well as construction administration services. Building systems include energy efficient HVAC and hot water heaters, fire protection, and electrical. The building’s design meets USGBC requirements for LEED Silver certification and was self-certified by the Corps of Engineers.
