Patriot Centre at Beaver Creek Industrial Park Master Plan

The Wiley|Wilson industrial park development project team provided a Master Plan for a 765-acre expansion to the Henry County, Patriot Centre at the Beaver Creek Industrial Park.

Phase I Expansion for the Patriot Centre included roadway, water, sewer, and gas line design to serve Lot 1. The Phase I plans included approximately 1,600 linear feet of four-lane roadway, 1,500 linear feet of 12-inch and 16-inch waterline, 500 linear feet of 10-inch gravity sewer, 1,300 linear feet of 4-inch HPS gas line.

Phase II Expansion for the Patriot Centre included roadway, water, sewer, sewage pumping station, and gas lines to serve Lot 7. The Phase II plans included 2,500 linear feet of two-lane and four-lane roadway, 4,700 linear feet of 10-inch and 16-inch waterline, 800 linear feet of 8-inch gravity sewer, 2,200 linear feet of 6-inch sewer force main, a 190-GPM sewage pumping station, and approximately 2,500 linear feet of 4-inch HPS gas line.
